We manufacture and assemble PCBs in our own European factories in Hungary and Germany and constantly invest in these production facilities to ensure we can meet the demands of our valued customers. Our experience of more than 30 years contributes significantly to this.
VIRTUAL MANUFACTURING
Our free to use online tools allow customers to get immediate pricing, perform ‘virtual manufacturing’ of their designs (DRC/DFM) and fast & easy ordering. Eurocircuits Visualizer helps you to identify real manufacturing issues and allows you to resolve them before ordering.
For this purpose, 950 pre-defined PCB build-ups and more than 700 rules for validating the parameter selection are available. Pre-set parameters help to select the best combination in terms of quantity, delivery term and price and take into account cost-effective order pooling.
These tools check the data for completeness, show critical points in the design and give suggestions to correct design errors. The goal of the suggested solutions, such as design change or alternative parts, is a design that is suitable for production.
Our assembly service includes the procurement of electronic components for the assembly process. This utilises our own central database with over 450.000 components and a direct API connection to all the major component distributors’ database. Using Eurocircuits Visualizer, customers can upload their BOM and CPL files, validate the data and calculate prices based on quantity and delivery term.
The result is a validated parts list, a validated assembly and 3D data of the assembly. The validated data shortens development times and makes it possible to optimally lead prototypes into series production at any manufacturer.
NEW ASSEMBLY PLANT IN HUNGARY WITH INCREASED CAPACITY
Assembly is our fastest growing service and in 2023 we opened a new building in Hungary, dedicated to assembly, where the production area is three times bigger than our previous one. We use the latest equipment to ensure that all processes are optimised for extremely fast production turnaround and to sustain energy efficiency.
